Privacy Policy of ArtLounge+ Platform

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and protection of data provided by Users in connection with the use of the Website, consisting both in the use of cookies on the User's computer and the collection and processing of data about User for statistical purposes, as well as other methods of data processing, in particular collecting, recording, storing, compiling, amending, sharing and other use of data. All terms used in this document have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms and conditions available on the Website.

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data by the company Next Wave Global LLC with its registered office at : 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming, zip code: 82801, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator") in connection with the use of the ArtLounge+ online platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

The Administrator is committed to protecting the privacy of Users of the Platform and ensures that all personal data processed by it complies with applicable laws, including in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "RODO").

  3. Terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning as defined in the RODO and in the Terms and conditions of the ArtLounge+ platform.



§2 Types of personal data processed

  1. The Administrator processes personal data of Platform Users, including:

- information regarding subscriptions purchased,

- information regarding the use of the Platform,

- information regarding the terminal device used by the User,

- IP address,

- cookies.

  1. Personal data of Platform Users are processed for the purpose of:

- provision of services in accordance with the Platform's offer,

- enabling Users to use the Platform,

- ensuring the security of Platform Users.

§4 Voluntariness

  1. Each User of the Platform in order to use the Platform or subscribe has the right to voluntarily enter data. In the case of the use of certain services, as well as during the subscription order process, the entry of data, although voluntary, may be necessary for the performance of the electronic service or the fulfillment of the order.

  2. The data necessary (mandatory) to be entered in the case of using an electronic service or fulfilling an order for a subscription shall each time remain specified in the form intended for the entry of such data.



§5 Users' rights

Each User of the Platform has the right to access and correct data by contacting the Administrator.

If you contact the Administrator, for security reasons, a verification of your person will be carried out.

  1. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

At the express request of a person whose personal data is processed by the Administrator, such person will receive a file with the data structured in a commonly used format. In exercising your right, you may also indicate the entity to which we, as the data controller, should transfer your data. It may take up to 30 days to exercise this right. At the same time, for security reasons, we will conduct a verification of your person to ensure that your data goes to the right person.

§6 Cookies

§8 Complaints

- description of the reported problem.

  2. If the User is not satisfied with the result of the complaint procedure, the User has the right to take legal action.



§9 Final provisions

  2. The Administrator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. Amendments shall become effective upon their publication on the Platform.

  3. The Privacy Policy is effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

  4. the User is obliged to regularly read the Privacy Policy in order to be aware of the changes made by the Administrator.

  5. In the event of changes to the Privacy Policy, the Administrator will inform Users of the changes made electronically, to the e-mail address provided during registration.

  6. In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of applicable law shall apply.
